Sorted, it still remains such a difference that PB is nowhere near what Prologue does.
And I figured out why.

You can hear a leakage from source modulator osc, one octave below the setting on Plg panel.
You can hear a hum on Plg sample. This is what is used to modulate target(does not say anywhere).

So I did the same on PB, setting 12 semitones for knob for osc 2 and turned it down so that guides sync.
Then it sound just about the same.

And if I turn source osc on Plg up an octave, then it sound just as uninteresting as PB did.
Same octave on both source and target is not that interesting.

Listening to Plg source oscillator though, it is as panel says in octaves.
But it uses one octave below when doing sync.
A bit weird, but how it is and it is by default cooler sounding.

For those interested, that is.
