So after multiple attempts of submitting issues to support and never hearing back I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that there's perhaps some kind of issue between their email program and mine(which is Outlook).

The connection to forum.arturia.com is not secure

Google Chrome displays this before loading the Arturia website so I've started to think there's maybe a security issue due to Arturia not using HTTPS.
I heard that a while back there was a bug with support responses and certain emails not getting through to users. Maybe this is the case as it's been weeks now that I have not heard one peep from them after sending like 5 email support queries. I've looked in spam and junk folders and no replies from Arturia. Maybe they're just NOT doing support at all.
Any input from moderators would be most welcome I would think those guys would know what's what.
