Keylab faders switch midi tracks randomly help (Cubase)
« on: February 03, 2022, 11:53:21 am »
Hello everyone, first post here.
I'm currently having this issue with my Keylab mkii 61: when I set it in DAW mode in Cubase to use its faders for Cubase's mixer, sometimes it switches to the first midi track even if I'm not moving anything (seems like the first fader sends a signal even when I don't move it).

Can anyone figure out what's going on? any help is greatly appreciated.

I also link a video to demonstrate it: while playing the second midi track (drums), it switches abruptly to the first one (synth) randomly, and as you can see in the video I didn't touch the first fader when playing the second track.
Can't post it as an attachment so: https://imgur.com/a/8DYd9U0

Looks like the same issue I had with the first fader on my Keylab 61 MKII; maybe check out this post for a write-up
