Keep the Ensoniq program (preset) name
« on: October 18, 2021, 02:22:14 am »
The character set Ensoniq used for their program names was slightly odd. It was almost ASCII, but not quite. Among other features, it allowed them to display decimal points with numerals, encoded in one character, 1. for example. This was in addition to the normal ten integer digits which I think do use standard ASCII codes. There were other idiosyncrasies, too. Rather than just apply ASCII decoding to program names it would be nice if the SQ80 V displayed them as they are meant to appear.

ECHO1. instead of ECHO#
