Do the encoders on the Beatstep go down to the C-2 range?

Old thread I realize, but if BS & BSP are the same in this respect then I figure it does indeed go down to C -2, as understood from another thread here (https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=90857.0)

More/correction:

Hmmmm....

in the MCC editor I see that the Beatstep pads in CTRL-mode have a range from C -2 to G 8 ...
but the note range in SEQ-mode is just C 1 to C 5 ...    Bummer!   

Still need to check though how that range can be expanded by means of the transpose via the Big Knob.
