There's a funny limitation that has to do with pitch-bending. You can change the Pitch bend range for the CV outputs in the MCC, but there is no way to change the default 2 semi-tones up/down range when transmitting over MIDI.
Can you explain this limitation further, please? In talks with Arturia about this, they are stating that pitch bend range is defined on the 'receiving' end and not on the sending end. The synth/module/etc on the other end, defines what range it reacts to and the Keystep Pro's pitch bend touch strip simply sends pitch bend data information and the receiving end accepts this pitch change data and applies it appropriately, based on how 'it' is set and how many semitones it should bend.
I agree with this statement, unless there is something else I am missing?
Where exactly is the KSP set, to only change by 2 semi-tones up/down? I tried on my end and all my modules allowed me to set pitch bend range on the units themselves and the KSP sent out information, with the modules reacting to bend to exactly what I set them to.
Any further information would be really helpful, as I am trying to get this looked into, but at the moment, it won't go any further, without additional details.
Be specific please and thank you.
