Crackling noise on right channel/speaker

Is this normal? On my Arturia MicroFreak I hear some noise on the right channel compared to the left. I have connected a 3.5mm minijack (to 2 X RCA to my mixer) from the headphone output. It is not the speaker as I have tried with headphones connected directly to the MicroFreak. Same noise. I have updated to the latest firmware, but the crackling noise is still there. It is very annoying. I just got the MicroFreak some days ago. Do I need to contact the retailer that sold me this and return it? See the video below.
Video of the example here.

Judging by your setup, you need to get better cables. The output from the MF is monaural, so it can't be to blame.
