I recently purchased a second hand Arturia Keylab 61. I have never owned an Arturia product and I have noticed the keyboard does not seem to function without drivers which I assume are only available through registering the product onto my account.
The person I bought it from does not have the unlock code so I am unable to register it onto my account. He also does not know which account it is registered to.
The technical support website has had no useful information or an email I could contact so I'm making this post.
Is there any way of being able to recover a license for this device or am I SOL?
