Hi,
So first of all I can't register my products online in my computer as it can't connect to the servers for some reason even though my computer has perfectly fine internet connection. I tried to register my products through offline registration but for some reason when uploading my request file it states that I have no registered products. I definitely have it registered as it says it is in the 'My Products' page. Can someone please give me a fix to this? Thank you.
