So my 2 year old home studio use only Keylab 88 Black edition has an issue. Keys A2-C3 stop transmitting ANY midi data , I opened my board and re-seated the ribbon cables I could easily access, re-loaded firmware, re-synced and no change. Anybody have a clue as to what the problem could be? I did not unbolt the keybed from the tray so I could not get to the ribbon ends that go into the middle of the keybed. Anyone else experience this sort of thing? Also who services these things on the east coast? Arturia tech support is slow and not super helpful.......
