Issues with ARP and SEQ sync with Cubase 10
« on: February 22, 2020, 03:55:08 am »
Well first of all I cant seem to sync the Microfreak properly to Cubase 10. It does follow the tempo of my project, but theres a huge delay on the first note played by the arp, so the arp is out of sync with the rest of my project. And that is even with the buffer size set to 128.

I have my microfreak set to Clock: USB, 48PPQ.
I have tried Global Tempo on and off and trying different MIDI Output destinations and it just wont align with the project.

Inside of Cubase I have External Sync 'ON' and set to Internal Time Mode, sending MIDI clock to Microfreak.
What am I doing wrong?

Also, I can only get the Microfreak to play in arp or seq mode if I use a MIDI Channel and route it to the microfreak. If I use the Microfreak as an External Instrument it will not play arps or sequences unless I set the Microfreak Output Destination to 'NONE'.

I would very much like to be able to play arps and sequences in sync AND to be able to record the MIDI data of the arp/seq into Cubase.
