Hi!
Answering my own question:
"Is the Unbalanced TS to Balanced TRS (Guide "14" in
https://www.rane.com/note110.html ) the best possible way?"
Urr, no.
There is lots of Ground Hum coming from the power adapter. According to "14," sleeve in DrumBrute (Device ground, that's where the Ground Hum is) connects to ring in Yamaha N12 - thus summing the Ground Hum into real signal. The outcome was completely unlistenable.
The power adapter seems to be pretty noisy, it is causing some ultra-low-frequency disturbance even if it is attached to electric junction box, but NOT to Drumbrute. I cannot hear it, but I can see the Master VU-meter of my N12 to jump up and down.
So I connected the Ring and Sleeve together at N12 side, bit like in

Now playback is very nice, no hum, nothing
