How can I make all the buttons light up in Fl Studio?

Just bought the Essential Keylab 49 today and I'm loving it so far. Just curious how can I make all the buttons light up.. I saw a post someone answering it with a picture guide but the picture is missing since it was an old question, so I didn't figure it out..

Also I tried everything to use the transposition feature but it just won't work.. Any advice on that too? Thank you alot
