the sound disappeared

Hi!
When i'm turn on the device, the firmware
did not load and the download did not occur.
When updating the firmware from the site - version 1.1.2.390
download occurred, but there is no sound from device.
all controllers are working fine.
I was looking for an earlier firmware version but did not find it.

Not sure what you mean but you tried to do the firmware update but it failed and then you retried by down loading the fw and it worked?
but now you have no sound.

Could you tell me in detail if you haven't resolved the issue?

once at inclusion there was no loading, hung up on loading to an inscription of a firmware. I updated the firmware to 1.1.2.390 . no sound after firmware update . everything works. reacts to actions, but there is no sound in the headphones and the main output. I haven't solved the problem yet.

Ok in the mcc did you check to see if the factory presets 1.1 are installed.  Does the Mcc show you are on the latest FW.
Maybe try and install again.

hi, thank you for your advice. updated the firmware several times, with different presets and 1.0 and 1.1, as there is no sound from the device, no technical support. the device boots normally and shows firmware 1.1.2.390. MIDI control center shows all actions with the device. can't figure it out is it a firmware bug or a hardware problem? will have to go to the store in Tallinn, where I dug the device, and I'm from Ukraine and for me it's a problem.

Hi Please check in the setting via the mcc for the device tab and check the Local control is ON.  also check by turning this off then back on.

As its been known in updates to be off after a FW update.
