Will Keystep Perform This Beatstep Function?

Hi...I just ordered a Keystep and am unclear if it will perform the function of sending Pad Mute and/or Sequence Change messages to an Akai MPC Live ....like the Beatstep does.  (some folks have their Beatstep mapped to their MPC pad mute function and it works well.)
Any help appreciated.  I’m new at this.  :-)

No, it doesn't have that functionality.  The pattern selector dial doesn't send any data and there is no mute button.  The mod strip can be sent to send CC messages, which I guess you could set to send prog-changes.
