No Arp/sequencer-sync via USB

i want to sync the arp/sequncer with my Logic X via USB. would be nice to have that, and not to use midi for this, cause it would be way more 2019 then 1983 ;-)
so the option to sync via USB is there, but it doesnt work. I can play via USB, but when i activate the arp/sequncer all i have is silence. i think i did set all the settings right.

i also did write to the support with the problem, but maybe someone else is having the same problem.

make sure logic is actually playing /rolling otherwise the freak won't start.some daws have settings to send clock even during stop, not sure about logic. I find the auto sync setting the best
