Orange encoders are very slow: Implement acceleration

The orange encoders feel very sluggish. It would be great if the parameters moved faster when moving the encoders quickly. (same concept as "mouse acceleration" on computers).
For the preset browsing knob this would also be an improvement.

A user on Gearslutz just mentioned, that knob acceleration is already implemented on the Microfreak.
Since this is hardly noticable I think it would be great if there was an option to increase the acceleration. For my taste it takes too many turns to get to the other end of the parameter range.

Thanks for implementing a faster mode for these encoders. 
It really makes tweaking sounds more enjoyable for me!
