My F#5 key has had an issue with it since i purchased this new in 2016 and it's exceedingly frustrating.
When I turn it off and turn it back on I can get 1 keypress out of F#5 and then it sticks. My chord reader in Logic is broken, and reads a C chord as a C#11 chord because of this. Even if I don't press F#5 and reboot it still reads an F#5 input. At this point it's getting unbearable and I'd just like to be able to use the key. Regretting making this purchase.
How can this be resolved?
