Unable to update B3-V2 via ASC & web site

Is anyone else having a similar/same issue?

I'm unable to download the update for the B3-V2 via ASC or the web site.
I've attached screenshots showing what happens in the ASC as well as what happens when trying to download manually from arturia's web site.

Any guidance is appreciated.

I am having the exact same issue: B3 V2 upgrade from 2.0.0.2695 to 2.0.1.2743 (I get a pink "download error" status bar as I repeatedly try to restart the download). It is preventing me from completing my V Collection 7 upgrade that I purchased several days ago. Waiting to hear from support (nearly 2 days).

Have any of you tried to download from here: https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals ? It does'nt solve you ASC issue, but perhaps it will work.

I can tell, that i have installed the Windows version of B3V2 using ASC.

BTW - I don't think you can exspect support to answer in the weekend.

I am having the same issue, whether I use ASC or try to download directly from Arturia's website.
