MajorFubar: Yep. I don't know what type of computer he has but I just thought of something... Many devices refuse to be acknowledged if they're plugged into a USB HUB... Hmmmm, I wonder.
I also have two controllers, The Keystep and the Keylab Essential and there's no problem on my end, whether Windows 7 or 10.
Although he mentions that his DAW sees both,
I have two Keysteps that I want to connect to my DAW (Sonar).
The DAW sees them both with the same name, but when connected the second one says "the device is already in use".
The same problem with two BeatstepPro, but I asked about this possibility before buying a second and someone from Artoria told me that everything will be OK, but
Which is why I'm assuming it's his channel selection.
Kazimir6091: Try using a different computer or laptop to see if the problem goes away. If it does, it's a problem with your USB ports.
Also, if you're using a USB HUB, try using separate USB ports directly.
Hope this solves the problem.
