Hey folks.

I just bought the 9 plugins collection.  Tech support site says it is no longer supported in the product selection.  It won;t let me install it.  fresh boot and everything it gives this error and won't let me proceed.  Suggestions?  Windows 10 Pro. 



Edit: well nevermind.  Apparently re-downloading the installer for the service center and installing it over the top of the existing one fixes the issue.

I had the same issue when installing the 3 compressors I'd just bought.

To me it's a bit dumb having to install the ASC when I'm actually using the latest ASC version to install the products in the first place. Maybe the coders at Arturia should revise their code in the install procedure.

Anyway, I solved the issue the way you did.
