purchased a second hand minilab mk2
appears as though the it already registered , i have no way of contacting the person i bought it off
for them to cancel licence at their end .
Do i have to sell now without even getting to use it ?
ive contacted support , however im sure its all automated responses that take days .
was told to send pics of serial numbers etc . ive done all that .. no response
what do i do ?
