Arturia audiofuse vs other audio interfaces
« on: December 10, 2018, 09:28:30 am »
Did you see arturia's new interface presented at    Namm? on the videos they say it's really good quality and is better than most interfaces in the same price range. what do you think on it? Is it good or are they   just bragging? I currently have a presonus audio box USB which has horrible background noise and bad latency so I am looking for an alternative

I don't own the AudioFuse but I'm in the market for a better Audio Interface.  For now I use a Scarlett 2i2 just to have the audio away from the headphone jack of my laptop.

But I do own other Arturia products.  Keylab mini, Analog Lab, V Collection.  I have to say if the quality of these products is any measure of what to expect of AudioFuse, I would say you will find yourself with a very good product that goes above & beyond the price point.

I would like to know how is latency on USB-C.
Is it on par with firewire and thunderbolt interfaces?
My experience is that USB audio interfaces are always less reliable and higher latency than firewire or thunderbolt ones.
