Serial and Unlock code don't work.

Just bought Keylab Mkii at Long and Mcquade brand new, trying to get it up and running and when I try to register my product after creating an account it simply says "something went wrong" and "this product cannot be registered" .. I have contacted support but am on a little bit of a time line to get this up and running.. has anyone found a solution to this?

Anyone? Considering returning this, have heard from Atruria once this morning (didn't offer solution) and that's it. Pretty desperate to figure this one but there is nothing I can do, double checked the serial code tried caps, no caps, adding hyphons, etc. and it continuies to say that it can not register my product (brand new from l and m).
