Hi, I have a keylab essential 61, which I have 2 issues with
1) 4 of the synth keys are not responding and playing notes when pressed.
2) the jog wheel and screen do not display presets. The screen just shows analog lab. I can control and select using the VST and jog wheel on the computer.
Please help!
