There are lots of information about this in the forums allready. So in short:
Arturias preset system changed when V-Collection 5 arrived.
Unless you own the old Arturia applications, have them installed and have the preset converter that was made at that time, then you can't do anything. Then you need the new format to use the presets.
I can add, that the Mini V filter also was changed, so especially old presets using emphasis can sound very different in the new Mini V.
I can also add that most presets Arturia had allrady is in the new Mini V. And some have posted new or converted presets. Others have not, perhaps because they need to be reworked anyway to sound correct.
If you buy presets form others than Arturia, then make sure, that they are in the new format and reworked.
