Keystep and Beatstep or Mini Lab and Beatstep?

Hi everybody!

I am wondering what to buy as a combination : the keystep and beatstep or the mini lab and beatstep? What would you recommend for a better compatibility and all-around coverage for production and beat making?  I am planning to use these tools both on Ableton on Macbooks pro and on iPad (BeatMaker 3, others) and would like to make a smart purchase.

it really depends
do you need alot of customizeable buttons (minilab) or a step sequencer (keystep)

personally i love the keystep with beatstep pro. bsp allready has alot of customizeable buttons (controller mode)
so i dont need the extra from minilab.
and the step sequencer on keystep is such a great tool for quickly coming up with ideas.
