MIDI Learn wont affect any knobs or sliders
« on: February 25, 2017, 05:51:43 pm »
Dear Ladies and Sirs,

when i try to asssign a knob or slider to the Cut Off nothing seemns to work.
First i press the "Midi"-Button in the upper right corner. All assignable knobs are now colored in purple.
I clik now on cut off. A message or menue appears and then i move any knobs, but nothing happens.

I work with Cubase 9 Pro Vers. 1.0.10 on a Win 10 machine with all updates.

The Keyboard i use is a Radium 61 and it sends Midi-Data on all knobs and sliders cause Cubase shows me that with a little meterbar beside the tracks.

Can anybody help me?

Thank you very much in advance.
Regards

MiniFilter Vs MIDI learn don't seem to work at the moment.
I assume it will be fixed in the next update. Somewhere Arturia have reported some other MIDI learn issues will be fixed in the next update.
In the meantime perhaps you have other possibilities to assign controls - perhaps using features in your DAW, if it has such a feature. FYI - I mostly don't use MIDI learn, but use my DAWs features to assign controls. So i hav'nt tried out MIDI learn fully.

New update but still no improvements.
Its annoying to assign midi through DAW as it is song /project dependent !
