Send Program Change to Beatstep Pro

Hello,
I'm trying to send program changes to my beatstep pro from Ableton Live to change patterns on each sequencer and the drum sequencer.
I created clips that send a program change to the BSP on the midi channel corresponding to each sequencer.
But it almost never works, it worked a few times randomly but not anymore it seems.
What am i doing wrong?

the midi channel corresponding to each sequencer.

Please make sure the input channels correspond (SHIFT + CHAN).
