How to send CC to Moog MF-104M
« on: September 17, 2017, 01:50:37 am »
I've went through the manual and still didn't got this.

I'm trying to enable the bypass on/off to trigger the delay on individual steps. I connected the midi out to the midi in of a Moogerfooger MF-104M. The CC of the delay corresponding to the bypass on/off is 80 (0-63=bypassed and 64-127=active).

How do I set this up in the Midi Control Center?

Thank you  :)

Unfortunately BSP does not sequence CC. You can only send CC manually in control mode. I see two possibilities
[1] convert note messages using something like MIDI Solutions Event Processor http://www.midisolutions.com/prodevp.htm (I'm sure there are software alternatives, but let's stay in the hardware realm)
[2] mod your expensive moogerfooger to provide cv input for bypass

Sequencing cc is the most wanted feature for me. It could be implemented quite easily with no impact on performance by configuring part of the drum map to cc (so you would have 8 drum tracks and 8 cc tracks). This would extend BSP functionality substantially. BTW I find the web imformation a bit confusing regarding cc, because it suggests that cc sequencing is already part of the drum sequencer.
