Change sequence start on the fly

I'd like to be able to change the sequence starting point on the fly just like you can set its length.

It would be great ! May be by pressing shift + last step you'll be able to choose the starting point in a futur update.

As the play button's behaviour is play/pause/continue, maybe a way to move the step the sequencer is paused on, then press play again to continue from that step?
