SparkLE on El Capitain?

So in all this uproar over when Spark will be updated from V2 I was wondering what newer Mac OS is it able to run on without issue?  Currently I'm using SparkLE V2 with Mountain Lion on a Mac Pro 3.1 but can it run on El Capitain?
