How to make a continuous ''gate''
« on: April 02, 2017, 02:32:14 am »
Hi, I would like to know how to make a continuous gate?
Example, in sequencer 1 I hold the note C1 without releasing and it plays without stopping...

This is for adjusting a eurorack synthesizer.

Bumping this because I wonder the same thing. It seems like i try to use the gate value TIE or turn gate value to max, but the note really doesnt stay on more than a miniscule bit more.

edit: i think i found the answer here, to try holding multiple steps down at the same time.  Will try that.

Make the gate time of the last step of the sequence a tie.
Currently running https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/1311723 / www.modulargrid.net, sequencing with KSP and recording with a Zoom (no DAW involved, for better or worse ;) )
