spark2 activation problem

hello everybody!
i have little problem with mi spark2.
i bought a sparkle controller with the spark2 file from a friend.
my problem is that i can't use the complete program because i can't find the unlock code!!
how can i receive another unlock code?
is possible to activate spark2 on MAC even if the precent owner activated it on windows?

Your best bet here is to e-mail them about this. Use the support section of the website to get there. They are MUCH better at getting back to e-mails than they are at responding in the forums. I don't even think they read it more than once per week, if that much LOL.
