Unable to set new Split point

Hello,

I don't seem to be able to change the split point on the keyboard.  The manual says to press the voice mode button and the key that you wish to set as the new split point.  Is there something I'm not considering?  Thank you.

Strange.
In Duo mode in order to set the split point simply press and hold MODE button while pressing a note on the keyboard.
Did you have the latest firmware ?

I tried this just after updating to the latest firmware and couldn't seem to get it to change.  I also couldn't seem to change the octave of the lower split section using the MODE + octave.  I will try again tonight to confirm.  Does the PANEL mode need to be activated for this to work?  Thank you.

I just attempted again and the problem I was having was that it was not in PANEL mode.  It does seem kind of odd that I wouldn't be able to toggle this while modifying on the preset mode but in any event it does work.  Thank you for responding.
