[SOLVED] Suddenly no sound
« on: December 19, 2016, 07:47:52 pm »
Hi,
this morning I got the Drumbrute for testing. I played around a while, installed the new firmware,
everything seemed fine. Then I tested some settings in the Control Center and suddenly there
was no sound coming out of the Drumbrute. I can turn on the Metronome and itīs working as ususal,
but I can no longer trigger any of the drumvoices. I check the headphone signals and individual out. Also
no signal. So I sent the factory template back. No result... still no sound.
Can anyone please help me?  ???
Btw. Filter is bypassed and open..)

Hi, Import my device settings in the mcc (file below) see if the sound comes back.  If not do a firmware install again.

Hi Terrym,
first thanks for Your reply.
I installed the new firmware again. No Sound. I send the settings to the Drumbrute. No Sound.
Metronom is working on the outputs. The rest is silent.

Any other idea?

Hello.

Does your machine reacts to incoming midi ?

If yes, please try a hard reset.

If your machine is in local OFF it will fix the issue.

Best Regards
