Cannot authorize my products and Arturia is not helping

hello, I just registered here because I have lost my last week trying to solve this problem by myself and by asking for help in the Arturia webpàge but they arent answering fast, and they dont solve anything, so maybe here someone has a clue of what can I do to have a valid authorization key after spending 500 euros in a software that I havent been able to use properly because of the authorization issues.

I have V-Collection v3.01 after using 3.0 and the only thing that arturia said is install this one. nothing more. it do work in demo mode, so the problem is not there. but it keeps asking for authorization, even when I can see in the arturia webpage that i have it authorized. i authorized it offline too, and I tried the elicenser but it doesnt like the codes i have.asc says it is authorized too. no matter what i have installed. I even did a fresh osx install and it doesnt work.

I have a MacPro 1.1 with 2 dual core Xeons, 16GB RAM, 240GB SSD, and different graphics cards too, Cubase 7.1, Logic 9.1.2 and Ableton Live 9.2.2 run flawlessly. Everythiong runs fione. Just the Arturia plugins dont want to be authorized...

I have made a ticket in every link that arturia have on its webpage and adfter just answering with this, they closed all the tickets. i find them very rude which is a dissapointment because you shouldnt treat your costumers like this. I have a Beatstep and a Beatstep Pro and the old Arp2600 too, so i have spend more than 1000 euros to receive this:

Here's an older version of the V Collection 3 that should work with your OS X version => http://downloads.arturia.com/products/v-collection/soft/VCollection_3_0_1.dmg

You can download the eLicenser Control Center fro this link (you should download a version compatible with your OS X ==> http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html

I guess you have already a license stored on your Soft-eLicenser or your USB-eLicenser ?
