Yeah I just connected the mix out to a mixer, and the volume is really low.

I have contacted technical support about this, awaiting a reply.
Every other instrument in the mixer eclipses the volume and the channel settings are the same.
Headphone volume seems fine

Right-click the Sound icon at the taskbar, and select Open Volume Mixer. In Volume Mixer window, you can increase the volume of all sounds like Speakers, System Sounds, and Applications. Then you can open the application again to check if the volume is turned up

Before I send this back for repair, can anybody using the Drumbrute alongside other hardware, confirm that its volume is comparable to other hardware?
Thanks
