Low Priority- front panel inconsistent nomenclature
« on: June 06, 2016, 01:19:00 pm »
Hi
I'm being picky I know, but while there are opportunities for updates I found this niggling, annoying inconsistency with labelling.
Everywhere refers to Channel 'I' and 'II' ....except in the tuning 'Feet' which uses '1' and '2'
No big deal, if you have time , could you please add this change to the GUI? It will make it more consistent, and more like the real CS80 .

I found an image of a real CS80 just to check.

Thanks for your time and patience with my comments.

..and I just realised the feet values are odd.

Shouldn't they be 5 1/3, and 2 2/3 ?
You now have  6 and 2.5 -  different to what you had in V2.
I think these may now be musically incorrect feet/pitch values.

cheers jeff

Yes should be 5 1/3 and 2 2/3 for fifths like in V2 version. It's typos only. But also somehow a concern that musical knowleadge is missing.

Again I agree... Consistency & accuracy in product GUI's is very helpful. It's also the right way to do things.
