Matrix-12 V Expansion Pack Ambient Soundscapes doesn't want to install

Ciao,

I bought the Arturia V Collection 6 and all synths were well installed and working fine on my Mac. In the same package I also got the Matrix-12_V_Expansion_Pack_Ambient_Soundscapes but this one doesn't want to install. I always got a message during the installation process, saying that Matrix-12 is not installed on my HD, while this one is installed and working well.

I de-installed and reinstalled Matrix, but nothing to do always the same issue raised as I try to install the expansion pack.

Any idea to fix that ?

Have you downloaded the soundpack from this page https://www.arturia.com/analoglab/sounds ?

If you have got the soundpack for the old Matrix 12 V and you have the new Matrix 12 V2 or the other way around, then they are not compatible. So be sure the soundpack and your Matrix version match.

I donwloaded it whith Matrix 12 when I bought it but not through the way you shown me.
