BSP or Spark le?
« on: April 10, 2016, 02:10:57 am »
Hey all

I am looking to get a pad controller for my iPad
I am interested in both those mentioned

I am not that interested in using spark on my computer but I like the idea of a dedicated controller for iSpark
However I am also worried how limited Spark le will be with other apps
Is anyone using iSpark and Spark le for pitched material? (not just drum sounds?)
Also any idea ho well they would both integrate with my other gear? (midi i/o)
Sorry if this is basic but I see pros and cons to both
Cheers

Spark Le is basically only a controller for the Spark app/soft and pretty useless without it. It has a controller mode so you could send midi note/cc to other apps also, but then could any other controller. BSP would be much more versatile in my opinion (thou check on the forum if the BSP plays well with an ipad. Also that might depend on the generation).
