Hi, I am trying to register my new SparkLE but every time I try entering the Serial Number and the Unlock Code, it says:
Registration Failed
Ooch, sorry but something went wrong !
You can't register this licence
Please contact the Technical Center or retry to register
Any solution??
FRUSTRATED! Its the weekend. I opened a support ticket but I hope I don't have to wait until Monday to play with my new toy...
