Problems when running two CV synths
« on: November 19, 2015, 05:19:53 am »
I am having problems when running two synths (Arp AXXE and Korg Monotribe) via CV at the same time. There is some random interference causing one or the other synth to drop notes, play erratically, etc.  They  each play fine alone., on either channel. No problems with midi or midi/cv combo.   Anyone have an idea about this?  Could i be overlooking a setting somewhere?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

I am having the very same problem of two different cv synths interfering with each other when played together. Connected BSP with the ground plug but no luck. This is a serious issue that must be solved. BSP unusable because of this.
Possible reason : electrical interference ?
My modular set up has an extensive collection of modules who all work together in crystal clear sound. Using René as other sequencer with zero problems.

I know this is an old topic.  Having a very similar issue!  Synths seem to be interfering with each other when played together, and also causing problems with the drum gates.  This is terrible.  Anyone know anything?

How does stuff get released when it clearly doesn't work?  Glen Darcey, VP Product Management, should worry about fixing this problem instead of making all his youtube videos.

Hello,
Same problem here !
I use BSP for long time but only in midi because the gate out of seq 1 or 2 not working properly :
If you are a long slide on seq (1 or 2) and short gate time on the other seq this one cut the slide of the first !
I try many configuration... but always the the same.
So for this moment the cv/gate output on BSP is unusable  :'(

Are y'all on the latest firmware?
Currently running https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/1311723 / www.modulargrid.net, sequencing with KSP and recording with a Zoom (no DAW involved, for better or worse ;) )
