Beatstep Pro and MFB Tanzbär
« on: February 07, 2016, 05:02:55 pm »
Hello there! I use my BSP with 2 Microbrutes and an MFB Tanzbär drumcomputer. I would like to be able to use the BSP's encoders for adjusting the Tanzbär's drum instruments (attack, tune etc.) and also for recording such adjustments. Until now, I was not able to assign the MIDI values of the Tanzbär to the encoders via MIDI Control Center. Does anyone know how to do this, and if it is possible to record the changes of the encoders? Thank you!

Hi it should be possible as i had a look at the tanzbar manuel and the cc is listed . just make sure you have in the mcc  controller map midi set to user
and on the base midi set to the same channel as the tanzbar.

You can assign the controllers to the Tanzbär but you can't record any of those movements to the drum sequencer.
