I had a problem on first run after install with Spark 2. Windows(so helpful) said "Spark has stopped working" and closed the program without explanation. ah Microsoft-so clueless.
Any way , opened a support ticket and then tried to grab a screen vid of what was happening but found my new capture software wouldn't start either. Brain explosion said-run as administrator. So I did and it worked. Then I thought what if?
I right clicked the Spark shortcut and hit "Run as Administrator" and it worked. Spark issue resolved.
Why did that work? Fu#$%ed if I know.
If your Spark software won't start after install try it.
