Display problem when accessing memories (Keylab 49)
« on: February 05, 2016, 09:43:11 am »
Hi - any help gratefully received... upcoming gig :-(

The display works fine when I switch on.... reflecting activity of all knobs and sliders.  However, when using a memory (to control ext synth), the sliders work fine but knobs will only display values 61-67!  The functionality is still there but I not displaying correctly.  I've had a bit of flickering too, but that appears to have stopped.

I've upgraded firmware, performed factory reset... any ideas?

TIA

Jez

That looks like the usual behavior when the knobs are set as Relative (sending Deltas instead of regular absolute CC values)

Run Arturia's MIDI Control Center (MCC) and check the Knob Mode parameter. I'm sure you'll have to change it to Absolute, if I understood your issue correctly.
