Keylab 49 key issue

I have this Arturia keylab 49. Now I have 3 keys popped out. I've contact before and before and before with no reply then I get a new reply saying" we send you loads of messages but I've not seen any of it. So I still waiting for a keybed a year later. What shall I do? I've wasted £££ for a fault that wasn't created by me but by arturia that can't be fix.?

take it apart and glue the plastic tabs back on with 2 part epoxy. The tabs are flimsy plastic and break off easily. glueing them back actually improves the quality. Assuming you haven't shaken the tabs out they are probably still sitting in the broken keys.
