Rebuild map kills all presets in Sound Map

I kept getting a pop up menu asking me to "Rebuild Map" when playing around in sound mappers map area. I kept hitting cancel but it kept popping up every few clicks. The last time I hit rebuild map and a few minutes later all of my little triangles, squares, circles etc. are completely gone. What the heck just happened and how do I get them back?

I tried to rebuild the MINI V map, and all the tags vanished. A rebuild is needed to get new presets into the map.
I think this is something Arturia have to look into.
