Drive BSP with a (USB only) MIDI keyboard?
« on: July 26, 2015, 02:40:39 am »
I have been able to drive my BSP with a regular DIN MIDI keyboard (externally powered), but I also have a smaller portable USB MIDI keyboard which I would also like to use as it fits exactly alongside the BSP (same height/length).
Would it be possible to connect a USB only MIDI keyboard (like the Keystation Mini to the BSP, or would this only work with a computer USB host attached?  I haven't had any luck getting this to work, either via the y-splitter or via a USB hub connected to an iPad camera connector.

I think the only way to connect a USB-only controller to the BSP is through something like a http://www.iconnectivity.com/ box.
