Hi sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't quite find an answer....
I'm trying to put together a live performance and would love to make great use of the arps sync. I have managed to sync the arp via the USB cable and I can play a root note and the arp will play along as I programme, GREAT! But I'm wanting the arp to follow the chord/bass structures of my song, so rather than have to play the bass notes for the arp(I'd like to keep both hands free for liver performing) I'd like to send the MIDI of the root note for it to follow as my songs progress, am I missing something here?
I've set the Minibrute up on Channel 9(for example) sent a midi file with root notes for it to follow the chords of the song but it only responds to when I physically play the notes for the arp to change!
Are there any videos/tutorials of something that'll help me here?
